Does command line RAR support ZIP and other formats?

Console RAR supports archives only in RAR format, which names
usually have a ".rar" extension.

ZIP and other formats are not supported.

Windows users may install the GUI RAR version - WinRAR, which is able to
process much more archive types also in the command line mode.

Please read the chapter on command line mode in the WinRAR help for further information.
