WinRAR Jumps into the First Quarter

After an already excellent fourth quarter in 2003, WinRAR has gained even more momentum in the first quarter of this year. As you can see in the graph below, sales have increased by 205 percent since the first quarter in 2002. win.rar GmbH's excellent customer support and increased public relations activities are starting to show their effects.

Managing Director Burak Canboy states "I am happy to see that our hard work is appreciated by our customers. I think that most of the increase in sales we are seeing is coming from the trust that private and professional users put in our software and our quality customer service."
All time highs of WinRAR sales
The record selling first quarter of 2004 also contained a record selling month. As seen in the graph above, sales in March 2004 rose by 15 percent, making a total increase of 272 percent since the first month of operation in April 2002. In response to this increase, Burak Canboy comments, “The RAR community is showing an increased effort. We are happy to be working together with such a quality network of distributors and translators. A big chunk of the credit for our successful work belongs to them!”
After having more than reached a sales goal for the past twelve months, RARLAB and win.rar GmbH are now setting new and higher goals for the future. One clear example of this is Pocket RAR. In October 2003, RARLAB and win.rar GmbH released Pocket RAR, the Pocket PC version of the RAR compression software, and is now ready to conquer its share of the growing mobile communications market.
