win.rar GmbH celebrates one year of excellent work

365 days have passed since Öncül Kaya and Burak Canboy, managing directors of win.rar GmbH have signed their contract of founding a company together. What began with a signature at an attorneys office has within only twelve months become a company with a global network of partners working in 38 languages and 20 countries.
After Ron Dwight’s sudden death in March 2002, Burak Canboy managed to built a co-operation with Eugene Roshal from Russia, who is the author of the globally recognized compression Software WinRAR. The newly founded company was asked to continue Ron Dwight’s work.
Within only days the technical team of win.rar GmbH managed to built a highly sophisticated new system of key delivery and customer relation management. All technology, support, marketing and sales related to WinRAR, rarlab.com and rarsoft.com was transferred to the new company that has been handling these matters since.
Within the months of April to December sales of WinRAR increased by 160%. The newly developed system enables customers to quickly and securely receive their keys. The distributor management was simplyfied and enhanced. Now a web-based ordering system enables agents and resellers to finish the ordering process while customers are still on the phone. Instant delivery of a highly developed product with a quick suport and innovative aspects are highly appreciated by private and corporate customers.
